Wooden Soap Dish
Goat's milk soap is delicate and lasts the longest when it is kept dry between uses. Never let your soap sit in water. The use of a draining soap dish is suggested to help prolong the life of the soap bar. I recommend this all natural wood soap dish. It's a great investment for a long lasting soap.
These wooden soap dishes are made of Alder wood by a small family business in Oregon.
They measure 2.75" X 4" X .75" and will hold a standard bar of soap.
To prevent mold and mildew from growing and have the soap dish last longer, we recommend alternating the use of 2 different soap dishes every 2 to 3 weeks. Use one dish for 2 to 3 weeks, wipe clean with a damp cloth and set aside to fully dry while using the other soap dish and then alternating them this way. This is a great way for your bar of soap as well as your soap dish to last a long time.
