Products

All products are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of handcrafted items, slight variations in color, texture and scent may occur. That's not a flaw-that's art!

Our products are for external use only. Always perform a patch test before full use. Groovy Goat Milk soaps is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

Orders & Payments

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is required at time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Shipping

Processing times vary and will be noted at checkout. Once packages are handed over to the carrier, Groovy Goat Milk Soaps is not responsible for delays, lost or stolen packages. Orders are shipped to the address you provided at checkout. Please verify you have the correct address for shipping. We are not responsible for shipments sent to the wrong address.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. No returns or refunds unless an item items damaged or incorrect. If there's an issue contact us within 48hrs of delivery with photos.
